Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with experienced appraisers to perform real estate and personal property appraisals that support rural and agricultural clients.
• Collect and analyze market data and property sales to inform valuations.
• Contribute to regional benchmark updates and help refine internal processes.
• Deliver your findings clearly and professionally—whether it's to internal teams or directly to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required—Business, Ag Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred.
• You’re either licensed (or eager to become licensed) as a State Appraiser.
• Bonus points if you have training from a professional appraisal org recognized by The Appraisal Foundation.
• Agricultural knowledge or rural living experience? That’s a big plus.
