We are excited for you to apply to our Country Living Loan Officer position in Little Chute or Coleman, WI. You will be part of a tremendous team that focuses on doing the right thing for our customers. You will be responsible for utilizing business knowledge to gain in-depth understanding of each customer’s current financial position in order to provide innovative and workable alternatives to solving problems. You will also market our credit and financial services to establish new market relationships in both the Country Living and residential markets.

Major Responsibilities:
- Gather financial information and build customer relationships by listening to their needs, identifying latent needs, and providing solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain a sales database file, establish ongoing prospecting plans and activities, and develop a commitment to individual sales goals for both loans and financial services.
- Promote all GreenStone products and services that meet customer’s needs, including, but not limited to loans, insurance, tax, and accounting records.
- Develop and maintain a significant professional presence throughout the local community.
- Take client applications and facilitate the receipt of all required documentation to expedite a prompt credit decision; quote rate and fees, coordinate and work with support staff to process loans post-credit approval.
- Analyze detailed financial and credit data and match customer needs to the most appropriate mortgage or commercial loan program and level of risk.
Position Requirements...
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, agriculture, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer credit, financial services, agricultural industry, or a related field.
- Knowledge of loan products and services, credit operations and government lending regulations (including Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac) is preferred.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, analytical, and negotiating, influencing, and consultative selling skills.
- Registration in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) will be required.
