What You’ll Do:
Vendor Management & Supplier Selection
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to align vendor capabilities with business needs
- Negotiate contracts, onboard new suppliers, and ensure ongoing performance alignment
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key technology partners
Cost Management & Tracking
- Monitor vendor spend and track against planned budgets
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and collaboration
- Drive compliance and transparency across all third-party engagements
Budget Planning & Reporting
- Lead regular vendor reviews and enforce service-level expectations
- Analyze spending trends and flag risks before they become issues
- Champion accountability in invoice validation and financial reconciliation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business units and stakeholders to understand evolving needs
- Ensure vendor strategies support organizational priorities and innovation
- Coordinate with finance to ensure seamless invoice tracking and budget reporting
What Experience can you Bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is required
- 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management is required
- Expertise in contract negotiation, budget oversight, and supplier performance
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A passion for driving value, not just managing spend
