Technology Relationship Manager

What You’ll Do:

Vendor Management & Supplier Selection

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to align vendor capabilities with business needs
• Negotiate contracts, onboard new suppliers, and ensure ongoing performance alignment
• Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key technology partners

Cost Management & Tracking

• Monitor vendor spend and track against planned budgets
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and collaboration
• Drive compliance and transparency across all third-party engagements

Budget Planning & Reporting

• Lead regular vendor reviews and enforce service-level expectations
• Analyze spending trends and flag risks before they become issues
• Champion accountability in invoice validation and financial reconciliation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business units and stakeholders to understand evolving needs
• Ensure vendor strategies support organizational priorities and innovation
• Coordinate with finance to ensure seamless invoice tracking and budget reporting

What Experience can you Bring?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is required
• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management is required
• Expertise in contract negotiation, budget oversight, and supplier performance
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• A passion for driving value, not just managing spend
