As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will…

  • Take an active and innovative role in recruiting top talent.
  • Lead talent acquisition programs and projects. 
  • Champion college recruiting and GreenStone’s impactful internship program.  
  • Creatively work to move GreenStone’s employment brand forward.



To be successful you will need…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related business field is required.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Selection), within an established Human Resources department.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS technology; experience with SuccessFactors is highly desired.
  • Robust project management skills.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
