We are seeking motivated and skilled Service Desk Specialists to join our team. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and customer service. You will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution of incidents

Key Responsibilities...

 

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and prioritize service requests and incidents.
  • Document and track all support interactions in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

 

 

Position Requirements…

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.  Information Systems, Computer Science or related majors preferred.
  • 0-3 years of technical or business experience required.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft technologies required.
  • Familiarity with the following Microsoft Products: Salesforce, SharePoint, Windows Server, Windows 10, and Office 365 are a plus.
  • Incumbent should have knowledge in one or more areas of computer systems, network operating systems (LAN/WAN), data and voice communications, workstation operating systems and configurations, Internet, Intranet and software applications (HTML programming). 
  • This position requires the ability to provide excellent customer service in a multi-tasking environment and be able to evaluate technical problems, evaluate options and solutions, and communicate this information to staff in terms that will be understood.
