In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to turn business needs into impactful products that create value for our customers and organization.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area.
• Prioritize work that delivers the greatest business and customer value.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to align strategy with execution.
• Lead product planning, roadmap development, and go-to-market readiness activities.
• Use data, insights, and industry trends to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Champion Agile and SAFe practices that enable high-quality, predictable delivery.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Services, IT, Product Management, or a related area is required.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe or Agile certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain certification within your first year).
