This position is in East Lansing, MI.  This position is an integral part of our team responsible for providing payroll and benefit services to all employees while providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.

As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will…

  • Process payroll, conduct payroll audits and review reports
  • Answer all employee payroll inquires   
  • Serve as primary contact for all employee benefit related questions
  • Support and promote of variety benefit programs

 

 

To be successful you will need…

  • Associates Degree in Accounting, Business or related filed. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Ceridian Dayforce or payroll software
  • Knowledge of benefit packages
