We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing coordinated, high-impact marketing programs that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Working collaboratively across multiple offices in two states, the strategist will play a crucial role in identifying effective marketing channels and tactics to achieve strategic business goals.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, adept at marketing techniques, project management, and collaboration. As a key member of the team, they will support, drive, and enable integrated marketing success for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing programs to promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns, identifying appropriate channels to maximize brand and product visibility.
- Conduct strategic research to identify and leverage marketing opportunities.
- Organize and manage relationships with paid media outlets.
- Advise on the effective use of promotional materials.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for multiple marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Marketing Data & Analytics:
- Measure and analyze campaign success to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide marketing ROI assessments and monitor ongoing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics, customer satisfaction data, engagement metrics, and sales results to assess brand reputation and marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate data collection at all customer touchpoints.
Collaboration & Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Partner with segment leaders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Public Relations team to develop innovative ideas and strategies.
- Serve as a resource for various market segments, offering marketing expertise and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising and marketing strategy.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in banking and/or agriculture industries is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
