We are excited for you to apply to our Legal Coordinator position in East Lansing, MI. This position provides post booking support and servicing on loans across the Association as a means of enhancing branch staff’s ability to provide excellent service.  In addition to being a resource for internal customers on loan post booking items, this role will provide principal support for legal department administration and reporting.

This position requires:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associates degree in Business Administration or related majors preferred.
  • 2+ years of office work experience required.
  • Mortgage office, title insurance officer, or financial institution experience preferred.
  • Must be a notary or have the ability to become a notary.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
  • Demonstrate ability to embrace and effectivity utilize change in a continually improving work environment.
