This position is responsible for developing and implementing communications for identified business projects to ensure consistent, regular and relevant flow of information throughout the organization. Primary Responsibilties....

  • Maintains, coordinates and edits postings on all communications for identified business projects to reflect a consistent overall tone while reinforcing GreenStone’s culture.
  • Consults with cross-functional teams, appropriate stakeholders and leaders to identify communication needs for supporting business projects.
  • Builds strong, ongoing relationships as a trusted partner and advisor on business project communication activities.
  • Collect and distribute data for communications effectiveness.  


This position requires...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • 1+ years of communication and/or Farm Credit experience.
  • Must develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of GreenStone’s operational processes and software solutions.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively manage daily work and longer-term projects and demands.
  • Experience with web-based tools for communications, such as MS Teams and SharePoint.
