Are you passionate about securing systems, building strong governance, and making sure the right people have the right access—at the right time? We’re looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator who’s ready to strengthen GreenStone’s IAM program and help us stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity and regulatory demands.

In this role, you’ll own and enhance identity lifecycle processes, manage privileged access, and partner with teams across the organization to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access to our systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute and enhance GreenStone’s IAM strategy with a focus on security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Administer identity systems like Active Directory, Entra ID, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Enforce governance policies including role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and least privilege principles.
  • Integrate IAM tools with enterprise and third-party apps to support seamless provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Implement and manage tools like SailPoint, and configure MFA, SSO, and PAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with audit, IT, and business teams on access reviews, remediation, and documentation for SOC1/SOC2, FCA IT audits, and more.
  • Use scripting tools (PowerShell or Python) to automate workflows and reporting processes.

 

 

What Experience can you Bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields is required
  • 3+ years in IAM, IT Security, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PIM, and security audits.
  • Familiarity with identity governance frameworks, access review cycles, and policy enforcement.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for staying up to date on IAM technologies.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or other automation tools.
