The purpose of this position is to provide human resources services to association manager and employees to support their ability to provide excellent customer service, to maximize employee productivity and professional effectiveness, and to ensure a well-qualified workforce.

Position Responsibilities...

  • Work with and act as a resource for a defined portion of the supervisor and employee population, to consult, answer questions, and consistently and equitably administer company policies and practices
  • Ensure a balanced approach while consulting and coaching leaders and staff, in working through employee relations
  • Develop and maintain competitive, innovative, and effective HR programs in support of GreenStone’s culture
  • Provide advanced project management skills that benefit and support the GreenStone employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations and maintain human resources related policies and procedures
  • Provide support and training related to HR systems

 

Required Qualifications...

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 3-5 years of related Human Resources experience
  • Strong consulting, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Significant knowledge in employment law and HR practices
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate team building attitude and skills

 

Preferred Qualifications...

  • PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
  • Experience with SuccessFactors/SAP
  • Strong desire to work in a very collaborative environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced strategic thinking skills
