GreenStone is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide executive-level support to the CHRO while also supporting the HR Department by assisting with the coordination of key HR meetings and company events.
We are looking for someone who brings strong executive assistant experience, exceptional organization and judgment, and confidence managing calendars, communications, meeting preparation, and sensitive information. The ideal candidate also brings hands-on event planning and coordination experience and enjoys taking ownership of the details that make meetings and events run smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level executive support to the CHRO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence, meeting preparation, and day-to-day prioritization.
- Anticipate needs and help ensure the CHRO is organized and prepared for meetings, commitments, and priorities.
- Coordinate board and HR Leadership Team meetings, including logistics, materials, minutes, and follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate HR meetings, GreenStone events, training sessions, recognition activities, and other department events.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive and department materials.
- Support HR department operations, including budget and invoice administration, reporting, and other departmental needs.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of executive-level administrative experience supporting a Vice President-level leader or above required.
- Five years of administrative support experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, trainings, conferences, or other large-scale activities strongly preferred.
- Strong executive calendar management, scheduling, meeting preparation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn new technology, processes, and systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and work effectively across the organization.
