Join our Credit team to drive cross-functional projects, aligning credit operations with company goals and enhancing process efficiency. You'll support credit department leadership by analyzing and implementing systems and processes, performing data analytics, and maintaining documentation.

What You’ll Do:
- Business Process & System Analysis: Analyze and improve credit department processes and systems by defining current and future states, translating business requirements into system criteria, conducting quality testing to ensure solutions meet business needs, and collaborating with the change team on implementation.
- Data Analytics: Develop and maintain tools for risk analysis, support data cleanup, and collaborate on reporting for strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Draft, update, and clarify SOPs and instructional materials
Additional responsibilities for Senior:
- Coach, counsel, train, and mentor less experienced credit employees and new hires, to maximize effectiveness and to best achieve Association objectives.
- Identifies areas of improvements and inefficiencies in procedures and tools and suggests solutions
- Assists Credit Operations Manager in determining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field is required.
Experience:
- 2+ years in credit analysis, financial services, or agricultural lending is required.
- Senior: 4+ years in credit analysis/underwriting, financial services, or agricultural lending, or commensurate skillset required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
- Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals.
- Methodical, consistent, and capable in process and system analysis.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
