<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We are looking for a Client Support Intern in our East Lansing corporate headquarters. The internship will run from May 10th, 2021 through August 27th, 2021.  Some travel will be required.


<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Position Responsibilities…

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Repair, test, image and clean laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Install and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Establish, maintain and continually improve customer relationships and satisfaction regarding IT customer service and support.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Utilize a ticketing system to prioritize and work through end user issues; also, actively use and contribute to a departmental knowledge base to streamline ticket resolution.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Instruct end users in the operation and maintenance of system’s
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Any additional projects that are on-going with the team.


<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Primary Requirements...

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Sophomore Status or above
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Must have a 3.00 GPA or higher
