In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced Country Living Financial Services Officers (FSOs) and leaders across the organization, gaining hands-on exposure to the full lending lifecycle while contributing meaningful operational and analytical support.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in supporting our FSOs and strengthening our presence across assigned territories. Your work will help ensure smooth operations, consistent credit quality, and exceptional customer service.

 

Core Responsibilities

Support Loan Origination & Processing

Assist FSOs with loan input, documentation review, application accuracy, and workflow coordination to keep deals moving efficiently.

Monitor Loan Pipeline & Delinquencies

Track loan statuses, identify potential issues early, and help maintain strong credit discipline across the region.

Conduct Market & Competitor Research

Gather insights on local real estate trends, customer demographics, and competitive activity to help FSOs identify opportunities.

Coordinate Marketing Activities

Partner with marketing teams to support outreach campaigns, event planning, digital engagement, and brand visibility in the community.

Collaborate Across Departments

Work with credit, operations, appraisal, and compliance teams to ensure continuity of service and alignment on expectations.

Build Foundational Lending Expertise

Develop strong operational, credit, marketing, and relationship management skills while receiving mentorship from seasoned FSOs and leadership.

 

 

Position Requirements...

•            A bachelor’s degree is required (business, agriculture, or related fields preferred).

•            Knowledge of loan products, credit operations, and lending regulations (including Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac).

•            Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and consultative selling skills.

•            A knack for problemsolving, financial analysis, and navigating complex customer needs.

•            Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

•            A collaborative mindset—you thrive in team environments and value diverse perspectives.

•            A commitment to accuracy, process, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
