We are excited for you to apply to our Collateral Analyst position in Adrian, MI.  This position is an integral part of our team that completes valuations of loan collateral as well as assisting licensed appraisers in completing appraisals for our customers.  This incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to duties such as analysis of sales data, platting, viewing properties, researching, and writing reports.

This position requires...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience, preferably in the area of real estate or chattel valuation
  • Knowledge of current agricultural production technologies and trends in the cash crop, hog, dairy, poultry and related industries

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills required

  • 20-30% daytime travel within assigned territory
