Business Systems Analyst

We are excited for you to apply to our Business Systems Analyst position in East Lansing, MI.  This position provides forms development solutions related to the loan origination and compliance processes, under the guidance of an experienced senior BSA.  The incumbent will also be responsible for a variety of analysis functions including business and technical requirements solicitation, technical design, meeting facilitation, and software testing.  

Please note that this position will be required to be primarily in the office.

This position requires...

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Previous experiences in an analyst role or in an IT environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with users in complex problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Strong written, oral, listening and communication skills.
• Have excellent analytical skills in understanding complex data relationships.
• Must be comfortable with learning fundamental IT development processes and procedures. 
• Salesforce experience preferred, or willingness to become certified SF admin.
• Must be able to work directly with Business stakeholders to solve moderately complex problems through business analysis, technical assessment and data management on the Salesforce platform.
